Lo scopo dell’incontro è offrire ai partecipanti un aggiornamento del quadro normativo di riferimento in relazione al Regolamento europeo 2016/679/UE in materia di protezione dei dati personali.

Saranno presi in considerazione i profili che impattano in modo significativo sulle attività delle CRO in relazione alle sperimentazioni cliniche, compresi i temi del trasferimento di dati verso paesi terzi, della sicurezza dei dati e dei diversi equilibri di responsabilità rispetto agli sperimentatori.

Saranno inoltre approfondite le novità introdotte dal Regolamento per quanto riguarda la gestione ordinaria dell’azienda, ad esempio per la gestione del personale dipendente e la nomina del Data Protection Officer.

Target Audience: Formazione esclusivamente dedicata agli Associati AICRO.

L’approfondimento avrà un taglio pratico ed applicativo, volto a fornire indicazioni precise e possibili soluzioni ai problemi concreti.

Al termine dell’incontro sarà prevista una sessione di Domande e Risposte (Q&A) al fine di consentire ai partecipanti di ricevere eventuali chiarimenti su questioni specifiche.

All estimated shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times, We offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Appointed is not responsible for any customs/duties related to international orders. Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
